Had lunch at this De An Eatery (德安小吃) during my Taiwan trip in May 2008 at the small town of Fonglin in Hualian County, en route to Taichung City. The food was quite nice, and I loved their pork knuckles…

    The De An Resturant looks like a auto repair garage from the outside.

    Like a recycling centre for scrapped metals too lol. The restaurant was quite clean though.

    So true cole… when my tour bus stopped over for lunch at the place, my first thought was “Seriously? That’s what I’d paid for?”… but turned out to be a decent meal instead.
