I first learned of Halong Bay watching "No Reservations" with the Traveling Chef Anthony Bourdain. Since I also do some Asian cooking I've been lusting after a bottle of Cat-Hai fish sauce. The best I can do here in the states is "One Crab" which is Thai, and not bad, and of course there is a ton of crappy Philippine Patis. How can I get some of that awsome Viet Namese fich sauce???
