Korean actor Lee Eon died in a road accident early this morning (August 21).
Lee was on his way home on motorbike after attending the wrap party for drama “Strongest Chilwoo” and crashed into a guardrail. It’s reported that he was already pulse-less when he was sent to the hospital. He was just 27.
The model turned actor was most memorable with his role in drama “Coffee Prince”.
Rest in peace Lee Eon. My condolences to his family.
i am shocked with this news. i was still watching strongest chilwoo a few days ago, and i remember him in coffee prince. this guy has bright future…. sad to see him leaving at this young age. rip lee eon.
Just to shock and can’t believe he is gone. Early today just read from Hancinema on the most wanted Korean Actors on 21.8.08, he was the number 1 on the list of 10. What a pity, he is popular as an actor/model now.

i don’t know if it’s a jinx…yesterday (21) while i was on duty at the emergency room (as a student nurse), we also had a patient rushed to the er in the morning…he also had a motorcycle accident…and also didn’t make it…what’s sad about it was his family dint know that it happened to him…too bad he’s a family man…

I’m Danny Tan from Malaysia but I’m real deaf and mute person. I’m very sad of Lee Eon’s death. I was reading the news throught internet. I like Lee Eon because he is a handsome and so funny. It was thrilled to see TV in “Coffee Prince”. When he died, I’m sorrow and crying…. Condolance to his family.
Oh my god!!!! The last time i saw him was in the drama, Coffe Prince! And as of now, I’m still planning to watch his second drama, Strongest Man, Chilwoo. =’( So sad!!!!! he’s the guy whom I adored so much when it comes to comedy acts!!! =/
