Its simplicity not only captured the world's imagination, but managed to covey a much bigger picture, like global harmony and perfect peace. She also went out her way to sing parts in Chinese which was terribly brave of her to say the least, and I really think she pulled it off flawlessly. The video is lovely also and I recently acquired the triple CD set and also the Jackie Chan one & they are so serene. Hello,

It is international and the olympic games is supposed to be as much symbolic of countries coming together as it is sports and competition. She sounds good in this video but I thought the little 'sexual' caress she made up her side and across her neck was a little out of place for the olympics. It just seemed a little intended to indicate a certain interpretation of that lyric. I'm like, what was that for?? Other than that, the barcalona performance was nice.
