This has to be one of the most outrageous commercials that I have ever seen…

The commercial is for Japanese anime “Lucky☆Star” which was originally shown in mid 2007. The voice behind this character is seiyu Aya Hirano.

haha, the voice is pretty cute actually.
it certainly will catch attention, but it gets annoying pretty soon.
