Well, she used to be in around 150 on ITTF ranking if not mistaken. 431 is still not too bad… that probably put her in the top 10 or top 20 in Japan right?

It’s not just Japan… ITTF is the international organisation.

I am not sure if ’sex up’ is the right word to use… but the idea is to make the athletes more attractive which indirectly will generate more interest to the game.
