   So, have you tried to find out what it is called YeinJee? It looks like some variety of a ladybug

   The closest I have found is tortoise beetle. The distinctive features of these beetles are the ladybug like appearance but with transparent edge on the body… seems pretty close. The only problem is that I haven’t found any pictures of tortoise beetles with this colour; most of them are reddish.

   Hmmm, maybe you’ve discovered a rare ‘albino’ tortoise beetle. :)

   You ought to contact a local horticulturalist or somebody and show them the photo….But don’t give any copies or prints to them.
