Otherwise, even if other nations pitch in money to clean up the mess, the problem will still be there at the end of the day.</description>

The factories&#039; dumping policies and the government enforcement need to be addressed for a long term solution.</description>

Third world countries with corrupt or poorly run governments. No real regulation. No real solutions, too many people, too much waste and no real plan of how to deal with it all. Sad. 

Places like these need real leadership. They need hope from within. 

In fact, as the world continues to populate more and more, and the resultive problems continue to compound more and more, it is in real need of some broad innovative thinking and real tangible change lately imo....Or at least getting to that point pretty fast.</description>
