Former South Korean President Roh Moo-hyunFormer South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun died after falling from a mountainside on Saturday morning.

Roh left a suicide note on his computer that he was going through hard times, apparently referring to the recent bribery probe surrounding him and his family [more on Yonhap]

Roh, 62, was South Korea’s President in 2003-2008. He moved to Bongha Village, near his birthplace, after leaving the office in March 2008.

Reports have suggested that investigation on Roh and his family is likely to be ended following his death; and it might be what Roh was hoping for.

His death still sounds fishy though… leaving a suicide note on PC instead of a hand written one? And amusingly discovered by his aides in hours? Who would bother to check his PC shortly after his death? It’s just a bit too convenient imo.

tuckio, these problems are indeed real. And life is very hard to cope with….for all of us. But know that many problems correct themselves eventually. They have to because they get to a point that they are so bad they cannot last and then change happens. It takes time though. And it doesn’t always change in one lifetime. But as they say, events of today affect what happens in the future.

We just have to tough it out, have faith and endure. And each of us do our own little part of not contributing to the problems as much as possible. The world events run their course.

The reason why is suicide rate has increased in my point of view is because most of them can’t find a way out of their depression. And what causes their depression is by many reasons. Most suicide is caused by deep emotions through repeative thoughts of unwanted memories and find themselves with no solution. The only way we can help the korean community is by reaching out toward Korean people and their families warning them of this information. Just posting and commenting online those not help anyone. Spread it out don’t keep it locked up online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If this is a big issue to the korean community then it should be made known throughout the public. I seriously believe this will help all the koreans .
    If anyone is reading this
