   so men would buy their products because a beautiful female celebrity “wears them” ? sounds like emasculation. poor marketing there.

   Probably not.

   Advertisement doesn’t have to convert into sales directly; lots of the time it’s about raising brand awareness… say if people walked by the store next time, they might be reminded of this campaign and just give an extra look at the suits, and a few of them might turn into customers in the end.
