Sabah’s tea is rising in popularity in recent years, and its plantation in Ranau is becoming a hot tourist spot as well. Its factory is opened to the public in the morning; pre-booking is required for other hours [check its website for details]

We were quite late for our visit in March 2009 and missed the chance to have a peek into the tea factory, but it’s still a decent place to have a cup (glass to be precise) of tea and relax a bit…
