		<description>18, 20, 21...  no absolute standard.  I think 18 is a fair age in legal terms...  that the person is old enough to be responsible for what s/he did according to law and orders.

Mentally, it depends on each other&#039;s maturity; for me I think I only seriously felt like an adult after I graduated from university...  when I can live independently without the financial support from my family.</description>

i wished there was a celebration like this for chinese young adults.
