Hong Kong actress Sonija Kwok was attacked by her house maid on Tuesday (Mar 24).
The Indonesian maid is believed to be disturbed because of a broken relationship; she has pressed a knife on her own neck at some point but Sonija managed to persuade her to hand over the knife.
Sonija then made a report to the police; and the maid gone berserk after finding out the call and assaulted the actress, pulling her hair and biting her left arm.
Sonija’s mother tried to pull away the maid, and the trio wrestled for five minutes before the police arrived and restrained the maid.

not really a fan of sonija, but poor her.
she did a good thing and the right thing…her maid really needs to control her emotions.
that sounds scarry. luckily she’s ok, the maid can do more damage if she holds on to the knife.
My thoughts go out to her and her mother, it is lucky that attacks were only minor and that they’re fine now. Apparently, the maid is in a psychiatric unit for treatment. Poor Sonija, I was just watching her programme today ‘Click入黄金屋’ which I enjoy :). Hope she recovers well. x
