Japanese star Tsuyoshi Kusanagi was arrested last Thursday (Apr 23) for public indecency after stripping naked while under the influence of alcohol at a Tokyo park. The 34-year-old member of popular pop group SMAP has apologised shortly after his release; press conference video (Jp) below…
Oddly enough, international media is following their Japanese counterpart with the news craze. BBC, Sky, CBC etc. have all picked up the news and gave it some detailed coverage… makes me wonder if the western press actually knew anything (most likely not) about Kusanagi besides the incident.

Drunk naked arrested, lol wild crazy celebrities letting it all hang out. It’s like the sixties and seventies all over again. Guess this new generation has to learn on their own the hard way.
it’s kind of funny (sorry if it’s not supposed to be), because i’ve never heard of anyone going naked in public for being drunk. maybe that’ll happen in a bedroom, but in a park?! he must be really really high then.
