Korean pop group Wonder Girls has released the English version of their hit song “Nobody” in preparation for their American debut.
The girls will perform as opening act in the next two months for Jonas Brothers tour and is scheduled to release their first English album later on…
Gosh, they should just sing in Korean, which sounds so much better. One or two of them did well, but overall the English is crappy; and there’s a few notes that are seriously off, probably due to their uneasiness with the language as well.
Seriously, just let them sing in Korean in Jonas’ concert… let the girls show what they’ve got instead of pushing too hard with their English. If the studio recording isn’t half good, imagine what will happen when it’s live.

I agree, some of the english is hard to understand. Why bother? I keep saying, these record producers need to find a bilingual Korean/American act in the states and market them in Korea. Then they can make their way back to introduce to American audiences much more successfully. There are PLENTY of them. Fluent in both languages. I know, I meet and hear alot of them frequently.
It is not neccessary to hit it big in your home country first. The Beatles had lots of hits in the US that later made it back in their home England.
Get some young Korean-American girls and go from there if the idea is to eventually penetrate the global market. They could make it in Korea as well as the natives. Damn I wish I had the music connections to do it myself, LOL. ;p
i like wonder girls, but this is bad. if a fan think its bad, then its worse for americans who are not their fans, sure a lot of critics if they let this out.
only sun mi sounds good. yoobin and yeun sound okay sun ye to forceful and sohee just bad.
actually their live sound so much better than their official release. just my opinion. i heard them from the fancams in youtube.
