The commercial is for McDonald's Ebi Filet-O, the shrimp burger. Ebi means shrimp in Japanese, and the namesake model was obviously a very ideal spokesperson for the product. As for the hat... hmmm, the white cream sauce on top of the Ebi perhaps? A shorter and more sense making version below...
