Anime Festival Asia (AFA) is South East Asia’s biggest event celebrating all things related to Japanese animation and popular culture.
AFA was inaugurated in November 2008 at Suntec International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Singapore; with host of sub-events like mini concerts, cosplay, gamers zone, and Gundam corner etc.
With great success in 2008, the event is back again in 2009 at the same venue. Singers May’N and Aniki are back again by popular demand; Yoshiki Fukuyama and popular otaku celebrity Shokotan will join the show as well for the ILuvAnimeSong concert.
Adding to the spice in 2009 is a Moe Moe Kyun Maid Cafe, where specially handpicked team of maids will be on hand to make visitors’ experience an unforgettable one.
