Japanese pop diva Ayumi Hamasaki has announced that she’s getting married with Austrian actor-model Manuel Schwarz. The couple first met when filming Ayu’s Virgin Road music video (short preview below) in August 2010.

even weirder is that they announced that she’ll be living in Japan and he in the states. I wouldn’t be suprised if she was pregnant but married to keep her reputation intact.
Yeah, I read about the ‘separate’ living too, which kinda shows that the marriage is not well planned. The pregnancy probably is true, but it’s nothing new in Japan… in fact it’s more of a trend these days.

Yo, so I actually met and hung out with Manuel today and he constantly talked about his wife, beaming as he did it. They seem very much in love, and from the way he spoke, it actually sounded like they had been married for years, not weeks. I dont know any real circumstances to the marriage (I didnt want to ask, or even think to ask) but they seem very much in love.

I think most of us have never doubt the real love between them, just that the timing suggested that it might be a shotgun wedding, which is quite a common thing these days among Japanese celebs.
We are just being a bit gossipy, Ayu is one huge Asian star after all.
