It will be better for Tun Eusoff Chin to head the panel. The job will be done in 24 hours and we can save all the time and money. Maybe he can go to New Zealand and interview the great Lin gam. God bless him and his family.

Cicak Man… it’s a video of a lawyer (VK Lingam) talking on phone with someone (alleged to be the current Chief Justice Ahmad Fairuz, but not proven yet) in 2002, saying that he can use various influence to make him the next chief judge.

What the video lead to, is that Malaysian Chief Justice (and some high rank judges) might be appointed based on relationships with political leaders and business tycoons rather than based on merit.

Things are not proven at the moment… that’s why the independent panel is formed, to probe and determine the authenticity of the video clip.
