Mahathir was known for his grip on all institutions of power, and was known to use it, not so the present leadership. So it would be difficult for Anwar to claim that AAB is doing what Mahathir did. I find it hard to believe that they are that stupid, just as I find it hard to believe that Anwar is doing so when there are so much at stake at the moment.
