Had a drink with a few old buddies at Sky Bar last month. The pub, located at Traders Hotel, is popular in Kuala Lumpur for its pool side setting and its prime location which provides a great view for Petronas Twin Towers, formerly the world’s tallest building.

Was the photo of Petronas Towers taken from behind the glass window or in an open air area? I want to go to the Sky Bar to take pictures but I am concerned about reflections while taking photos through glass. Thanks – MJFalvella@gmail.com
Michael… the photo was taken through a glass window. There are open spaces in the bar which you can snap the pics without the reflection concern.
Do I need to make an reservation to go up?
Haven’t been there for a while. Unless something has changed, you don’t need to. It used to be (or perhaps still is) very pack on weekends, reservation is advisable.
