The song is just ok for me, but I like its a-laughter-a-day-keeps-the-doctor-away theme. Another attraction of the video is the cameos from host of Korean stars, i.e. 4minute, Kara, After School, 2am, Epik High, Lee Seung-gi, Baek Ji-young, Taegoon, Kim Jong-kook, Kim Tae-woo, Jung Juri and Jewelry S etc.

BoA ft. Verbal – Bump Bump music video and pics from YeinJee's Asian Journal

Nice song; Baek Ji-young did well to bring out the sorrow and emotions. Would be great to have a clean (without conversation) version.

IRIS is one of the most anticipated Korean dramas of the year. The star-studded show opened strongly on October 14; its English subbed episodes are scheduled to start showing on KBS World channel (lucky me lol) on Nov 11.

Other co-stars include Kim Seung-woo, Kim So-yeon and Choi Seung-hyeon.

Baek Ji-young – Don’t Forget MV – IRIS OST from YeinJee's Asian Journal

The acronym doesn’t sound as bad, but it’s absolutely bizarre when they tried to justify what it means. Perhaps I’m too old to understand what the younger generations are thinking; the teenage fangirls might think that it’s a wonderfully cool name. (seriously?)

The boys are going to be popular as long as their performance aren’t too bad; K-pop world is dominated by pop groups in the past couple of years, and there’s room for a few more good looking guys or girls.

And having a famous boss like Rain certainly helps.

The MV starred the main cast from Korean film My Love, i.e. Gam Woo-sung, Choi Kang-hee, Jung Il-woo, Lee Yeon-hee and Uhm Tae-woong. The song was probably used as one of the movie OST as well.

Following the huge success of all-girls pop group SNSD from SM Entertainment, the debut of f(x) from the same agency was highly anticipated.

The song is just ok imo; it seems to me that SM is trying to rush their debut to counteract other new girls group from rival companies without much direction.

The Koreans might be liking it anyway… and there’s always room to improve and evolve for these teenage pop groups if it doesn’t work out at the beginning.

SNSD Genie dance practise from YeinJee's Asian Journal

Lee Eun-mi did extremely well with the song, and the lyrics were cleverly written… the song can express unrequited love, a show of affection, or to mourn a broken relationship depending on the audiences/singers’ mood. It’s beautiful regardless for those who can’t understand the language.
