Been busy for the past week making arrangement for my next travel plan… to Seoul, South Korea. It’s going to be my longest trip ever, close to three months in the country, just within the stay limit without needing a visa.

A pretty cool commercial; though I suspect the recruitment drive would fare better if they featured Megan Fox instead lol.

Video game developer Square Enix has released a seven-minutes long Japanese trailer for Final Fantasy XIII at the Tokyo Game Show 2009…

The Final Fantasy console game series was revolutionary in the 80s and 90s, popularising the role-playing-game (RPG) genre with its well written plots and high quality visuals & soundtracks.

Not sure if the game will appeal to younger generation these days; but for RPG gamers who grew up in that era, it’s a highly anticipated game for sure.

FFXIII will be released in Japan in December 2009 on PS3. Xbox and international versions estimated to be available in spring 2010.

Cute comics (unofficial) featuring Korean pop group Girls’ Generation

The comics characterised the SNSD members pretty well according to their real personality. The video moves a bit too fast, so it’s difficult to read… thanks for the effort anyway (plus the translation).

Two Toyama based animation studios, P.A. Works and The Berich have created some short animes to promote Toyama tourism, based on the theme “Tear Bringing Toyama Prefecture”.

Sharing here are videos from P.A. Works; three short stories about love, friendship and family; with Mt Tateyama, Toyama Bay, and Gokayama as backdrop.
