Korea’s Kyochon Fried Chicken

February 21, 2010 by Yein Jee

Kyochon is one of Korea’s biggest fried chicken franchise. It’s currently endorsed by pop group Super Junior, thus you can see some of their faces on the box set…

The minimum order would cost 14,000 won (~ US$12). The portion is pretty huge; I think there’s one whole chicken in the box… so the price is actually justifiable.

The chicken tasted rather simple (for the original recipe), something like soy sauce + garlic. It was really crispy though, thus it’s pretty nice overall.

It’s the nearest fried chicken restaurant to my hostel, and they delivered it to the doorstep. Had it thrice already because of the convenience…
