Lee Hyori’s agency sues record producer

Korean singer Lee HyoriKorean singer Lee Hyori’s agency, Mnet Media, has taken legal action against record producer group Bahnus Vaccuum for the plagiarism controversy surrounding Lee’s latest album, H-Logic.

It’s claimed that Bahnus Vaccuum has provided songs that were plagiarised (six were included in Lee’s album) from foreign artists. A criminal lawsuit for fraud has thus been filed.

Mnet is currently trying to to solve the copyright issue, and the singer has announced a break from all promotional activities for the album until the matter is settled.
