Hannah Tan biography
Hannah Tan is a Malaysian with Kelabit-Chinese parentage. She holds two music diplomas, the first when she was 13; and she’s a Valedictorian (top college student) and graduate in Computer Science and Information.
Hannah Tan started her entertainment career as Malaysia’s representative in the 2002 Miss Global Petite, in which she won the Second Runner-Up and Miss Congeniality subsidiary titles. The success has led to her various modelling roles and TV appearances; and she landed her first major TV hosting job in 2005.
Hannah was voted by FHM as Malaysia’s sexiest woman in 2006, and has ranked among the top of the annual poll since. She released her debut English album Crossing Bridges in 2007, which includes three of her self-composed pieces.
Hannah Tan made her acting debut in 2008 in Malay tele-movie Bezanya Cinta. She also released a Malay song Indah in February 2009; and a charity-themed English single Angel in February 2010.
Hannah Tan ventured into the Japanese market in late 2009; and released her debut Japanese single No More Game in September 2010.
