Cherhill White Horse, Wiltshire, UK
Took a day tour to Bath and Stonehenge during my UK trip in 2005. The tour departed on 8am on a MPV, with a driver-guide and 13 other tourists.
The driver stopped midway on the road, and pointed us to a large horse-like figure on a hill slope distance away. Honestly I was blurred about what he said (something about chalk), as I never heard of anything about it before…

The National Gallery
I am not an artistic person; didn’t plan to visit the National Gallery, but I was desperately in need to visit the toilet… might as well take a peep after the pee.
It turned out to be an impressive hour of enlightenment… the colours and attention-to-details of some paintings were simply stunning; it didn’t required much artistic sense to appreciate the works. Not to be missed by art lovers.
Tower of London, UK
Tower of London – often said to be a must visit destination in the English capital. The place was already closing when I reached there during my 2005 trip… not that I planned to go in anyway; somehow I have no interest with its main attractions.
