Yongpyong Rainbow Paradise nonstop skiing

Posted on October 10, 2012 - Topics: Lifestyle

Video by Brian Roh, who rode nonstop at Rainbow Paradise, a 5.6 km ski slope at South Korea’s Yongpyong Ski Resort in January 2012. Looks cool, never knew that a single ride could take this long (close to seven minutes)…

Yongpyong Ski Resort is located in Pyeongchang County, Gangwon Province. It’s the oldest (since 1975), largest and one of the most popular ski resorts in Korea, running 28 slopes including five with international accredited standards.

It hosted the Alpine Ski World Cup a few times and will most probably hosts some events during the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang.
