Lee Hyori & Wilber Pan – As Long As I Love You
K-pop diva Lee Hyori singing in Chinese for Hyundai i30 commercial, featuring Taiwanese star Wilber Pan. The MV style seriously reminds me of the Anycall commercials; same production team perhaps. Weird accent, but decent song…

Korean-American singer Jay Park (or Jaebum) from 2PM has quit the Korean pop group, at least temporary, following public outrage on some of his old online remarks which was revealed earlier this month…

LA chA TA, debut song for new K-pop girls group f(x), released on September 1…
Following the huge success of all-girls pop group SNSD from SM Entertainment, the debut of f(x) from the same agency was highly anticipated.
The song is just ok imo; it seems to me that SM is trying to rush their debut to counteract other new girls group from rival companies without much direction.

Korean pop group SNSD’s dance practise for hit song Tell Me Your Wish…

I’ve always like this kind of studio dances; pop star Rain has done it before, and it would be nice to see other artist releasing this stuff as well.

Music video of I Have A Lover (애인있어요) by Lee Eun-mi from her Ma Non Tanto album in 2005. Still highly popular these days; it’s the most sung song in Korean karaoke for the first half of 2009…
Lee Eun-mi did extremely well with the song, and the lyrics were cleverly written… the song can express unrequited love, a show of affection, or to mourn a broken relationship depending on the audiences/singers’ mood. It’s beautiful regardless for those who can’t understand the language.
