Lee Hyori & Wilber Pan – As Long As I Love You
K-pop diva Lee Hyori singing in Chinese for Hyundai i30 commercial, featuring Taiwanese star Wilber Pan. The MV style seriously reminds me of the Anycall commercials; same production team perhaps. Weird accent, but decent song…
Korean pop star Lee Hyori was mobbed by Chinese fans and press at Shanghai Pudong International Airport when she arrived on April 22nd for a short visit. From the fancam seems like she was pretty petrified with the mess… [via K-popped]
Hmmm, where’s the bodyguards? It’s poor management from both her Korean agency and the Chinese organiser. It’s common sense that they need to beef up the security for a star of Hyori’s calibre; and I guess they probably didn’t bother to notify the airport management for special arrangement.
Credits to a few of the fans; they did try to persuade the rest to clear some space, but most were not listening obviously.
The 10th Mnet Korean Music Festival (MKMF) was held on Saturday (Nov 15) at Jamsil Olympic Stadium in Seoul.
The talk of the town goes to Lee Hyori and Big Bang’s special stage, where Hyori and TOP shared a little smooches… [more kissing pics on Kbites and K-popped]
A few MVs from Korean pop star Lee Hyori which were used as commercial films for Anycall, a mobile phone brand established by Samsung. Hyori was the spokesperson for the brand in 2003-2007.
AnyMotion
“Anymotion” is the first of three instalments produced for Anycall; featuring Eric Mun from pop group Shinhwa. The video was a bit controversial for a few reasons (copycats and racism etc), but it’s quite cool nonetheless…
Hallyuwood.com is running a contest in celebration of Chuseok holiday; the prize… a Korean pop star Lee Hyori’s style-book (five to be won).
Not sure how nice the book is, but it’s something that is not easy to grab hold of if you are not from Korea. It’s a chance not to be missed for Hyori and K-pop fans.
Just head over, follow the instructions and stand a chance to win the prize. The contest expires on the last day of Chuseok, which should mean by the end of Monday (Sept 15); the clock is ticking… hurry up :p
